We serve buyers and sellers across Pierce, King, Thurston, and Kitsap counties — including Lakewood, Tacoma, University Place, Gig Harbor, Puyallup, Federal Way, Auburn, Kent, Renton, Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, Bremerton, Bainbridge Island, and more. Our office is based in Lakewood and we cover the entire South Puget Sound corridor.
Do you help military buyers using VA loans or moving to Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM)?
Yes. Supporting military families PCSing to JBLM is a core part of our practice. We are experienced with VA loan contracts, tight PCS timelines, and the neighborhoods closest to base — including Lakewood, DuPont, Steilacoom, Parkland, and University Place — and we can coordinate remote tours and video walkthroughs when you are still out of state.

How long does it take to buy or sell a home here?
Most South Puget Sound sellers we represent go under contract within two to four weeks when the home is priced and prepared well. On the buy side, plan on two to six weeks from pre-approval to keys in hand, depending on inventory and how quickly you find the right fit. We will give you a realistic timeline during our first call.
